Look for sources that reflect what cards actually sell for in the UK, shown in GBP (not USD conversions). If you’re comparing sources, sanity-check against recent sold listings when the number looks off.

Use sold prices as your baseline, they show what someone actually paid. Listed prices are often optimistic and are best used as context, not the final valuation.

Small differences in card matching (set, variant, language, condition) and different data sources/update speeds can create big swings. Always make sure you’re comparing the exact same version of the card.
